Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We only ship to physical street addresses located in the United States. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping options?

A: No, we do not offer any international shipping options.

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: We ship out Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our cut-off for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM Central Time, but we can usually ship orders placed up to 3:00 PM Central Time.

Q: Where will my order ship from?

A: Most orders will ship via FedEx and UPS from St. Clair, MO 63077

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 days from the day of delivery to contact us and request an RMA. There is a 15% restock fee and you will pay return shipping to our warehouse. Please see our Shipping and Return Policy for full details.

Q: What is the warranty on the parts you offer?

A: All products offered on this website are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty with the exception of Firestone Air Springs, which have a limited lifetime warranty excluding hardware and brackets, which are covered by a 2 year limited warranty.

Q: My FedEx or UPS Overnight or 2 Day delivery was late. Can I get my shipping refunded?

A: Our carriers are continually changing refund guarantees for expedited shipping. If your package is late, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to get your shipping costs refunded.
