Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day "No Questions" refund. If you would like to return your item, for any reason, within 14 days of order placement, you may contact us for an RMA or you may initiate your return on the My Account page. Refunds are given for the part only and does not include original shipping/handling and/or any return shipping costs incurred. Items must be in original, unused, uninstalled condition and will be inspected upon return for any damage, signs of installation and use. If the item is deemed to be in un-saleable condition, your refund will be denied and if you choose to keep the part, you will be responsible for return freight. Any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number and an RMA. An RMA can be obtained by contacting us at 800-435-3509 between the hours or 9am and 5pm CDT or by visiting your My Account page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping warehouse. Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to follow the return instructions will result in a forfeit of your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. 

If a part arrives back to us without an RMA number written on the box or label, no refund can be given.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your part arrives in a box that is damaged, it is your responsibility to report the damage to the carrier immediately. We will help in any way we can, but we cannot initiate a claim for damaged packages with the carrier.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, give us a call at 800-435-3509 between the hours or 9am and 5pm CDT to request an RMA.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 1 business day using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx  Speedee Delivery, Asap Express or Route Delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship out Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CDT. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and most standard US holidays.

Free FedEx Ground Shipping applies to all orders over $99.00 USD unless noted otherwise. If your order value is over $1500 we reserve the right to ship your parts via an LTL freight carrier service.

LTL Freight Shipping may apply to any orders over $1500.00. We reserve the right to ship via the LTL carrier of our choice.

Same Day Shipping is available for FedEx Ground orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday. It does not apply to larger orders that need to be shipped LTL Freight. If there is any question, please call us before placing the order.
